All pickles, including but not limited to Lemon Green Chilli, Lemon Sweet Pickles, and Mango Pickles, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please inspect your order at delivery. If the seal is tampered with or the packaging is damaged, you may refuse delivery or contact us immediately for assistance.
You may cancel an order prior to dispatch by visiting the “My Orders” section or by reaching out via email or the contact form.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
Currently, our store only offers pickles. If we add other product categories later, return eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Any such policy will be clearly updated on this page.
While refunds are not offered on pickles, we understand mishaps can happen during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will work towards a fair solution (e.g., replacement or store credit), at our discretion.
For eligible cases (like replacements for damaged goods), refunds or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days, using the original payment method or credited to your account.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the issue resulted from our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product). In such cases, we may cover return shipping based on mutual agreement.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted here with updated effective dates.
