📦 Shipping Policy – Radhe Foods

At Radhe Foods, we take pride in delivering our homemade pickles fresh and safely to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on courier availability)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays by courier partners, weather conditions, or festive seasons.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹60 per order (for orders below ₹599).

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹599.

  • Additional COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on orders between ₹199 – ₹4,999.

  • A flat ₹50 COD handling charge applies.

  • Customers are requested to keep exact cash ready for hassle-free delivery.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package anytime until delivery.


7. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • Radhe Foods is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.


8. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at [Your Support Email/Phone].


✅ Note: As per our Return & Refund Policy, pickles are non-refundable, but in case of damage during shipping, we will work with you for a replacement or store credit.
